Here is a brief outline of the first four weeks and the following four months. Participants will receive a more detailed schedule and reference book. You should plan on two days of training per week for the first four weeks and then one half day per week for the remainder of the program. All training is extremely practical and pertinent to your goals.
First week

- A quick celebration before getting down to work!
Second Week
- 2-day Training: Lean Startup method
- Create basic web site
- Create work plan for the remaining 4.5 months
Third Week
- 2-day Training: Client development
- Refine business model
- Improve web site
- Select Lead Mentor
Fourth Week
- 2-day Training: Business plan and company presentation
- Share results of client visits
- Start building/refining product
Second Month
- Roll out beta product
- Iterate product through client feedback
- Improve web site
- Practice company presentation in front of a group
- Refine business model
Third Month
- Iterate product through client feedback
- Refine business model
- Create first draft of executive summary
- Marketing and sales efforts
Fourth Month
- Yes – iterate product based on client feedback
